Acceptance
By creating an account and joining a wedding with an invite code, you agree to these terms. The app is operated by CodeIvy for invited wedding guests.
Your account
You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Provide accurate information and join only with a code you were given.
Content & conduct
Be respectful — this is a family celebration. Don’t upload content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that you don’t have the right to share. Only share photos or videos of identifiable people with their consent. Broadcast content (photos, videos, duas, songs, outfits, contest entries) is reviewed by an administrator before appearing, and administrators may remove anything at their discretion.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant the couple and other wedding guests permission to view and re-share it within the wedding context. You can delete your content or your account at any time from settings.
Third-party services
The app relies on services such as Clerk, Convex, PostHog and Sentry, and on Apple, Google and Expo for delivery. Your use of the app is also subject to their terms where applicable.
Disclaimers & liability
The app is provided “as is” to enhance the wedding experience. The wedding does not depend on it. To the extent permitted by law, CodeIvy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
